ACI has built a reputation for providing quality education that produces graduates who possess job skills that are in demand. Our reputation is recognized throughout the community and among the wide variety of employers, agencies and industry professionals who look to ACI to fulfill their employment needs.

Our programs are taught by industry leading instructors with vast over-the-road experience and extensive knowledge of the industries best practices. Our career services staff work closely with both regional and national carriers, ensuring that you'll have as many employment opportunities available upon graduation as we can provide.

Many schools have a high student ration in comparison to the resources. All of our class sizes are small, giving each student the individual attention needed to take full advantage of our hands-on programs. This smaller ratio also ensures that you'll have as much behind the wheel experience as possible.

While CDL Training is an important investment to make, it shouldn't break the bank to start a new and exciting career. Our programs are also affordable, with a number of options available for tuition reimbursement, veteran's assistance and other forms of financial assistance for those that qualify.

Couple all of that with modern, conveniently-located training facilities and career placement services available for all graduates, it's no wonder why so many people choose Advanced as their source for commercial vehicle training.

This is the best school I have come across! I have researched schools for the last 3 years and this school is on top of the game. I came from Colorado to California just to go to this school. I live in my car. But.it's worth it. Instructor's are awesome! Brandon is the best. Heck, the whole staff here is tops!

If your looking to get your CDL do not go to this school. They have way to many students per instructors. The instructors have poor morale and clearly do not like there jobs. Don't get me wrong the instructors are great and do the best they can. And when you do get a chance to work with them I learn a lot it's just getting to them is the hard part.

They do not stick to any kind of schedule as far as day or evening class so after 4:30pm it's even more crowded. Most nights after 6 there is only 2 instructors on duty but still over 15 students. You will be waiting 15 to 30 minutes for one skill drive. It's like pulling teeth to do air breaks. And if you need to drive you may as well forget about it.

When I try and push that they tell me I should try and come in sooner. I come in at 4:30 when my class is supposed to start and work full time before class. That is why I signed up for the evening class. I have called and talked to Everett 3 times now and every time I'm told I'm sorry I'll have someone out there later this week or next week. I wish I had the time left to get my money back and go somewhere else but unfortunately I don't.

I will say this, the school in Visalia is not perfect. Far from it, but there are staff members that will do the best they can to make sure you succeed. Full credit for these efforts go to Everette, Tony, Danny, and Diego. I suggest that you refrain from listening to, and or trusting other reviews that are negative here. Most of the time it is due to lack of communication or understanding.

No the trucks are not new, they are worn. But remember, these trucks new are $200,000 each and as students who most of us lack any sort of experience with such a truck will put a lot of wear and tare on them. So do not let the looks deceive you, they are constantly running maintenance to keep them running.

For the driving part. After you finish the 2 weeks in class they give you a 5 page paper and tell you memorize it. They don't have any organization, that's the only direction given. They don't teach you they just watch from outside the truck. The instructors have favorites and if your not one of them they like to watch you mess up and laugh with others.

They don't provide any means of comfort. The chairs are hard plastic and there's not enough. There was a few weeks of not even having any shade their tents rip and they don't fix them right away. The trucks are always broke down and you only get a 15min public driving. They'll skip you on the public driving If your not in eyesight. And if you ask when you can go on a drive they shout at you and get really aggressive for only asking a simple question.

The positive reviews are from people dedicated to make it through this horrible school. They stood out there and made it through what I said above. I really give them props. They say it's a 6 week course and you end up staying 3 or 4 months. I saw some people there for 6 to 8 months. If you look past my review and take the class. I really hope your dedicated like the positive reviews that made it through hell to get that CDL. Goodluck!
