Our goal is to educate our students with the understanding needed to become safe and confident drivers. After retiring from military service as a recruiter for the armed forces, I began working with the driving academy to stay busy. I continue to work with the academy because it is enjoyable to help students learn to be defensive and drive safely. Milt and his family resided in the Merrill area.

I retired from the Marathon County Sherriff's Department as a Detective with 27 years of Law Enforcement experience. Before I began law enforcement I had 5 years of truck driving experience and had logged miles in over 30 states. Dan's unique knowledge of traffic law, accident investigation and emergency vehicle operation make him a welcome addition to our staff. Dan and his family have lived in the Marathon area for over 20 years.
