This school is very unorganized, they dont have enough staff ro whatever reason it is very difficult to schedule the driving lessons. If I could I would take my money back and look for a private person for the driving hours. You can schedule only on one day at one certain hour and the online page is horrible, if you can not do in that day, it gets delayed yet another week and so on for months and months.

This school is so unorganized. no one knows what is going on. from the beginning dealing with them it has been an issue. My son has a disability and I was told it would cost $400 never once was I explained that was only for evaluation and then I get a receipt from CCDD that they were billed another $1085. calls and was told the $400 did not include his class or driving and it is $95 a hr for driving and $135 for the class.

When was anyone going to advise of this and if that was the case why wasn't it billed last year. They are not capable of taking care of proper business communications and all Judy had to say was she was not the one handling this before.

The teacher only talks about his own personal opinions on political, crime, and police issues that don't apply to the class. He often makes erratic fighting moves and hits on his desk and other objects which are anxiety-provoking. I do not suggest going to this class.

My experience with this driving school was amazing. I took a 4 hour class and my instructor was awsome she helped us understand the information she was teaching us way better she was super nice and friendly and she just made my day i wasn't so nervous anymore then when i first walked in and there was a small class of girls so i felt comfortable. Thankyou soooo much Vicky for being the sweet and kind person that you are.

My driving instructor, Mr. Lee was a jackass. He assumed that I had already been driving for years, despite stating otherwise. Then he would tell me what to do and when I screwed up, but not how to improve. So he wasn't so much an instructor as a director and critic, only without anything constructive to say. He just was giving me the requisite number of lessons for my $350 and not going to bother with making me any better of a driver.

It actually took me 4 years to finally get my license. I was not a bad driver, mind you, I just had no confidence or level of ability as a driver to pass the test. So I practiced without him. By then, passing the written portion was no problem, but passing the driving portion was shaky, and he never helped me improve on backing up. Again, he just seemed to think I had already been driving for years, ignoring that on our first outing I was perfectly content to drive at 5mph, because it was more than twice as fast as how I moved when walking (2mph).

I don't know in what world people drive without licenses until they reach thirty, but this person is not in that world. Mr. Lee was terrible and I wish he hadn't been my instructor.

I want to thank Heights Driving School very much for their helpful assistance to me. I failed my first attempt at my driving test at the end of January, and being over the age of 18, had to enroll in the Adult Abbreviated class. Although I was not thrilled about having to do so, the folks at Heights Driving School made the whole process very simple for me.

I took the 4 hours classroom time at the Lee Road location with Vicky as my teacher, and she was very personable, easy to talk to, and a good teacher, making the experience much better. I took the four hours of in-car time with two separate teachers at the Parma location, CC and Jim DeFranco. Jim especially was helpful to me in teaching a surefire method that helped me pass the manuverability portion of the driving test, and just today I passed the driving portion; I am now a licensed driver. Thanks again to this school for making the process go smoothly for me.

My daughter had a very poor experience at this driving school, rude administrative staff, very hard to schedule. The on road instructor was adequate and prompt. The classroom time was poorly executed as well. My other children will be attending other schools in hopes of finding competence and friendly service.

This School really need to hire new instructors, the current one Mr. Dixon while in class is talking about current news vs teaching Drivers Ed., while driving if you make a mistake vs coaching you through the issue he grabs the wheel can you imagine driving and someone does this especially to a teenager who is already nervous. Once my daughter told me this I called the school and complained they suppose to talk to him but who knows.

What I do know if anything happen with my child while driving because this idiot grab the wheel they will have a hell of lawsuit on their hands. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Vicky was my instructor and I cannot say how great she was. I was lucky enough to have a one on one session with her and she made me feel very relax and helped me with all questions. I wish I could give a higher rating cause that was a 10/10 experience.
