Imperial Driving & Traffic School

Very poor customer service. I called several times, no call back. Finally a got a call back left as a voice mail and had to call and call again. Once I got my daughter in, the lessons were quick, timely and easy. However, I had to pick up a copy of the signed doc on Saturday and went during normal business hours but there was a note on the door stating they would be closed for a few days.

I went back on the first day they were opened and was told I needed to come back when an instructor was available to sign it. So I went again during normal business hours and there was another note on the door stating they were opening late today. Extremely frusterating, huge waste of time and gas not to mention it's the middle of summer and temps are over 100.

I will NEVER take another child here for driving lessons ever again because of the poor service. I even asked the receptionist yesterday if they would be opened this morning and she assured me they would, even though they were not. You can not ever call to find out if they are opened either because the phone is never answered and always goes to voice mail. Then to top it all off, they charged me an additional $20.00 for a copy of a document that was already completed. Seriously? $20.00 for a copy? Screwed!

Very inflexible with scheduling and hard to change your appointment once you booked it because they usually don't have any slots available for you to reschedule. Also inflexible with cancellation and charges an exorbitant amount if you miss your appointment. Pricing is not the best either. One of my worst decisions this year. Would not recommend.

My driving instructors were super chill and calming whenever I made a mistake (Alan and Freddy), and I made a lot of them. I'm also someone who's generally always very tense and anxious so I thought driving would completely destroy me, but my instructors made me feel a lot better about it. Didn't realize how cool they were till I started driving with other people and would get shout at for going 1 mile over the speed limit which throws me off completely. DMV people could take notes from these instructors because they freak out even though they of all people should be calm and quiet (pretty sure the lady testing me gave me ptsd).

Sign up at this place man; you won't regret it. I never review anything but I thought this place left an impact significant enough on me to the point where I want to look out for others.

Paid my deposit. My son paid his deposit and was not able to pass his test for a couple of months. When he passed and went to schedule they raised the price $50 and could not schedule him in for over a month. The owner was very rude and difficult to deal with. Do not use this service.

I took drivers Ed there and it was a fun and easy learning experience Would recommend 100%

It was cool, but lil boring untill you become friends with the people there it changed everything :. It started to get fun at the end with the drunk goggles that you have to test on. After I passed the test I had a driver instructor name Ruth she helped a lot and made me pass the behind the wheel test! She is straight honest and fun. To be honest I wish I had her for a mom haha that how fun and cool she is.

I Loved my instrucor. I just got my license today and passed the first time. I had never driven before and was initially very nervous, but my instructor made me feel very comfortable from the get go. I felt they were the most proffessional from all the places I initially called to get pricing. They seem to know their stuff and it shows in their good service.

I had a bunch of questions and they had the patience to answer them all unlike some of the other places I called that were in a hurry to get off the phone. In all, I really do recommend this place to any first time drivers.

My experience with imperial driving school was very great. I did my online classes here and passed my written test the first time. Definitely recommend this school.
