This seems like a small family business. You will leave a lot of messages. Just be very clear with the lady on the phone- about payment and appointment times, and who to call if they need to change something. The first instructor's lesson wasn't great. But then my son got Bill-ask for him by name. He is very good, detailed, and goes the extra mile to ensure your student passes. Always early, gave a full lesson, and even came early to prep my son before his DMV test. He passed wtih a 98 on the first try.
