This class is required by New York State before someone with a learner's permit can sign-up for a NYS road test. The class talks about the Highway Traffic System in which everyone drives.

I took the February 15 and 22nd class which i paid $35 for the course at the Perinton Community Center and Michael Demay was our instructor as yet I am still waiting after more than 6 weeks and had not received my certificate to submit to my insurance for the 10% discount. I called to try to get an answer and all I got was a recording about the course dates, fees, etc. Please advice me as why the long delay with the issuing of the certificate. My friend who took the class from AAA received her certificate the day right the course was given and had it in her hand to take home.
