Do NOT pay for online driving school with this organization - its a SCAM. Their website is not user friendly and it's difficult for the teenager to understand what the next steps are that they need to complete to obtain a driver's license. We have had so may problems with this driving school: 1) from error messages during biometric checks and our teenager not understanding what the error message was about, so she got no credit for the biometric checks and had to start the course ALL OVER AGAIN 2) Once the driving courses and tests are complete, we never received a completion certificate and had to PAY to receive one (it should be provided for FREE) 3) It isn't obvious to the teenager that once the online course is completed, you must then sign up for behind the wheel course BEFORE you start driving behind the wheel.

The website should tell the teenager after they finish the 1st 36 hours of online instruction, instead of telling the student after the entire online course is completed. 4) The site will loop the student through to sign up for additional stuff and ask for payment, then takes the student no where. It's like an endless loop for the company to just make money.

Avoid at all costs, spend your money more wisely, there's a reason this company gets such poor reviews!.I'd like to give 'zero' stars, however the review doesn't allow that! Purchased this course, not only are the videos so outdated that you can't even tell what color clothing the narrator is wearing, (which is a required question) which requires you to start over until you get it correct.

I reported 5 times instances of the system crashing, going back to the start, with no constructive support other than, "oh, its your cookies". If you think you'll save time using this as opposed to class time, think again!.this took 29 hours and at one point (27 hours), dropped the clock straight back to 18 hours.

This course could not possibly be any more boring. On top of that, about 1/2 of it is to persuade you not to drink and drive. I get the importance of that, but given that I don't drink it was an interminable time. I only regret that I cannot give it LESS than one star.

ATTENTION: Most if not all of these reviews DO NOT pertain to This location. There are several locations in and around the San Antonio/ South Texas area. There is also a Texas Driving School that is doing online training which this location DOES NOT do. This location mainly focuses on CDL One-On-One Training. We do not do clock hours or long class hours. So please make sure that you are posting on the right Google listing before you post Thank You.

Shipping has been a disaster! It's been almost a month and half and I still have not received my certificate and the court is not going to grant me anymore time. Now I'm forced to pay for overnight shipping because of this places incompetence. Edit: They did call back and make it right and are going to defer the cost of the overnight shipping.

I wish I would have read the reviews for this course before hand. The course is horrible with out of date stats and information (2009, its now 2015). Also the videos you have to watch are terrible quality can barely make anything out and the audio is delayed by a few seconds. You also see popup adds on the video that cover half the little window you have to close.

If you go fullscreen on the youtube videos they are using its even worse. As a previous review stated you will be well over 8hrs before complete, I am at 8.5 hours in the middle of Module 3, granted I took a 2 hour break and the time kept running, but that's still 6.5hours of this terrible course. Do not purchase the audio package, the dude talks way to slow and only adds time to your pain.

I have had to take one of these courses once before through another company, I wish I could remember that other company, while this class will never be enjoyable, the other was better. This course is nothing more than a GIANT and I do mean GIANT Powerpoint slideshow with crappy 15 year old videos here and there. Go with another company, I will loose my *$%^ if my cert doesn't come in the mail on time.

Worst place to take the course. I have taken courses before many other online courses like this. The certificate didn't arrive on time so I called and spoke with 3 different customer service reps. and they all told me different stories. I finished my course on 12/7 and it's already been more then 10 days. The first time I called, the guy told me it should be arrive the next day, and when I called for second time, the lady told me it should arrive in 22nd.

When I called on 22nd, the other lady told me that it should be arriving on 26th and even she hang up on me. I had to purchase the second day shipping because I'm not going to take chance when they keep telling me different stories every time I call them. They should be more responsible and should stop making people spend more money when they don't have to. Never take the course from this place.

Worst experience ever! Find a better site. It's text based reading for 90% of the course. 10% is video or audio. Some of the videos are poorly synced (audio lagging behind video), grainy, 1980's community theater productions of why not to drink and drive. During the 1st of the 4 modules, I completed most of the pre-test questions correctly. After an hour of the course, I came to the first module test.

A score of 70% or more was needed in order to proceed. I scored a 50%, because of questions like, "What is the annual cost of property damage from all traffic related crashes?" $2.2 billion or $1.1 billion. I had read that information over 1 hour earlier. Without having taken notes, I was stumped. Several dozen sets of stats were given throughout the hour long module. Having failed the module 1 test, I expected that I could review Module 1 at my leisure and then re-take the test. NO!

I was required to retake the hour long module 1. For each and every screen, there is a mandatory minimum time you must spend on the screen. Even after answering a question correctly, if the proper allocated amount of time has not elapsed, for that page, you are made to sit and wait for the time to elapse.

Go take the sit in class. This online course is bogus. It is way to long and inconvenient. I will be sharing this info with my network. Texas requires the course to be 6hrs long. When you finish you will be well over 8 hrs. Waste of time and resources.
