Mike was amazing and deserves a raise! He was very informative during my lessons and prepared me well to pass my driving test and to be a defensive driver. Mike even took time when we were at a gas station to help someone jump their car because he's a great person. I would recommend Mike any day of the week!!

Instructors of the course are not good w teens. They apparently don't like their jobs and don't know how to manage a room full of kids without making the four days miserable. Would highly recommend kids do online instead of subjecting themselves to drivers Ed jail for four days And to reply to the response: I called this morning and my concern was not addressed appropriately

The videos are slightly outdated which makes them harder to stay attentive to. But overall a relatively boring experience was not so bad at all as the instructors continued to engage everyone and teach proficiently.

I give it one star only because you can't go lower. The son of the guy who runs it backed into me. His own son doesn't even know how to drive correctly, so how can they be expected to teach other kids. On top of that, they tried to shirk responsibility for paying for my damages, even though his son was clearly at fault. I had to file a claim with their insurance company. It's honestly comical.

For my daughter's driver's test we had it confirmed that we would use their vehicle. We showed up on time and was told that it would be 30 minutes before one would be available, but we could use our own vehicle immediately. We waited for their vehicle, and it was 45 minutes after our scheduled appointment. Felt as though they were overbooked and wanted a get of jail free card by using our vehicle.
Staff was unapologetic and on more than one occasion downright rude. Just called to request a certificate of completion for our insurance. They said an email was sent which I don't deny, but we did not receive it and yes we did check our junk email folder. I asked them if they could send another email or I could pick a copy up. Their policy is to charge $10 for a second copy if I was to pick it up.
I asked why $10? It takes a few seconds to hit print and what, 10 cents for a piece of paper. C'mon. What business needs to make $10 on a copy from a paying customer? Not a good one. And please its not about the $10, its about what is right. Would not recommend this business!
