I have taken several lessons, so far so good. All of their teachers are either currently police officers or retired ones, learning straight from the source is always nice. If the company doesn't answer the phone leave a message for sure, they'll get back to you.

Mike taught our daughter how to drive and we loved the program. Mike was always prompt and thorough. We feel much better about our daughter's ability to navigate the roads. It gave her so much confidence and she was extremely well prepared for the exam. We highly recommend this company!

If you call and leave a message they will call you back. So worth using their services. The instructor in my area came to my house. He was an active duty sheriff. My daughter thought he was great. Taught her what she needed to know and had a great sense of humor about it. My daughter passed at a difficult testing site. Will use their services again with my other daughter.

Tried reaching these people numerous times with no response. Finally get ahold of them and commit to using them for them to tell me they will get back to me. Still waiting and have made many attempts to try to get ahold of them. Very poor customer service. Call Archway. Emmitt will take care of you.
