Defensive Driving Course

We offer defensive driving with eight hours of classroom instruction. Most insurance companies will provide a discount for completing this course. We provide a certificate of completion to provide to your insurance carrier to receive this discount. You should check with your SC insurance company first, to ensure they provide a discount for courses like ours.

Instructor

Anthoney Fralix was born in Charleston, SC and has lived on James Island for 44 years. He has served on the Disabilities Board of Charleston County as the Transportation Coordinator and Mechanic since 1997. Anthoney teaches defensive driving for new employees for the Disabilities Board of Charleston County before they are allowed to drive state vehicles. He is certified with AAA for Defensive Driving. Anthoney is an overseer of the 123 vehicles in the fleet and is responsible for making sure they are running properly and that our handicapped are kept safe.
