Home Study Program
Report
Using our workbook & supplemental text manual, parents monitor their student's educational progress, correcting each unit with the answer key. Once you have finished your workbook please mail or fax to us your classroom certificate of completion that has been signed by you parent/guardian. Once we receive this we will mail to you an affidavit of completion (DR 2460).
This shows the DMV that you finished the classroom work. Upon receiving the DR 2460 the parents will take their student to the Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV/MVD) for a written test to obtain the instruction permit or they may test in one of our offices if we have an office in our area.
