Tim liked his lesson with Pan a lot. He has taken several lessons with other instructors and thought Pan gave him useful perspective that the others did not. They worked on his parking which no one else had done. We want to continue to take more lessons with Pan.

My second lesson went a lot better than my first lesson because Bill let me have more control of the accelerator and brake. I like the fact that he is pushing me beyond my comfort zones in making big turns and going on windy roads and through busy intersections.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality Rude employee on the phone refused to schedule a driving lesson for the 1.5 hours I needed, and told me I'd have to pay for two 2 hour sessions, and refused to budge an inch, or even say something like, "sorry for the inconvenience." No way to conduct business!
