Dougherty County DUI & Defensive Driving School

The school was begun in the fall of 2000 by citizens concerned with dangerous traffic situations compounded by the lack of public awareness and prevention skills. The Defensive Driving program was first to be offered at the Whispering Pines location with Risk Reduction/DUI classes following in 2001. Restructuring the business in the fall of 2003 led to a move to the current location at 2535 Lafayette Plaza suite C and the addition of the current Program Director. We continue to work together to hold the school to the highest professional standards.

The Program Director is an Associate Licensed Professional Counselor and holds a Master's degree in Counseling from Columbus State University, Columbus, Georgia. She also holds a Master's degree in Education from Florida State University, Tallahassee, Florida. She is fully licensed to instruct all programs offered and to operate the school. All instructors and other employees are held to the highest standards of education, certification, and customer service.
