The owner is very rude. I was asking him questions for my daughter. And he immediately got smart answering me every question with "first of all" I explain to him what I am talking about. He's too busy getting smart that he's not even listening. Then goes on to say what I was already saying. I had to tell him that he has a bad attitude and will not be getting my services

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, Value Called to ask a few questions about the program. when I was trying to clarify the answer to the question, whoever answered the phone was very rude and had this aggressive tone when saying the answer again as if it was such a burden to their day.definitely looking elsewhere
