Best investment I've made this year. If everyone could be as customer focused as you, life would be so much easier. It's all good.

This only gets 1 star because he showed up on time. My 15yo daughter was picked up from home for her 2nd driving session by a male employee named Gahfori Rafi. After this solo lesson my daughter was dropped back off at home, upset by a very awkward and uncomfortable experience. She said this man was peppering her with probing personal questions, including about her relationship status. He also suggested they take a break in the shade.

At that point she suggested ending the lesson because it was close to the time anyway. After she told me this I called him at the # he called from when he showed up for the session. He confirmed he was the driver and I proceeded to rip into him about how inappropriate his behavior was and that there was no way he would ever be in a car with my daughter again. I insisted that her last lesson be with the first instructor, a woman. He apologized profusely and said he was a "new driver". I don't care! He should never be allowed alone with a female ever again!

I highly recommend you come to Bay Hill if you need to learn or even fine tune your driving skills. Regardless of your expertise, the instructors and office members are extremely friendly and will ensure you are ready to pass the test. If I had to do it all over again, I would definitely be sure to come here.

The instructors are very kind, and know what they are doing. However, the customer service was worse than awful. I have never experienced such disregard for the people who pay you hundreds of dollars to do something the dmv legally requires. It's honestly just extortion. They never answer their office phones, never respond to voice mails, will tell you they will call you back but never end up calling back.

This company needs to staff considerate office workers, the experience of the customer is what should matter to them. they disregard any sense of professionalism and continue to prove they don't care at all about the job. This review doesn't reflect how good the instructors are, they are very considerate and kind. they make your driving experience amazing. Just get better staff.
