This driving school is an absolute disgrace. Completely unorganized, operating with ancient systems, and showing zero regard for professionalism or safety. Scheduling was chaotic and poorly managed, with no clear communication or follow-through. But what truly crossed the line was my sons driving instructor who showed up smelling like hed spent the night drinking. Thats not just unprofessional, its reckless and unacceptable for someone entrusted with training teenage drivers.

Learning to drive is a major milestone, and I expected a program that took that responsibility seriously. Instead, we got a sloppy, outdated mess that put my son in a car with someone who didnt even seem sober. Avoid this place at all costs. They are not fit to be in this business.

RUN FROM THIS COMPANY! ABSOLUTE ZERO INTEGRITY!! Record EVERYTHING!! This company is biased, subjective, and incompetent in testing and online instruction. They will hold their phone screens to the computer camera to show instructional videos rather than learn to use "the computer machine. This is a cash-grab outfit, and I'm mad at myself for not looking at the reviews before wasting my money here.

Every negative review before me is 100% accurate. Ive filed a formal complaint with the SOS licensing authority for investigation. The tester, Roxanne, was duplicitous and unreasonable. She is KNOWN in the community as "the angry lady who fails everyone for money. She should not be an authority to help new drivers become capable and confident. You can smell the 'power trip' oozing as she smirks to tell your aspiring driver they "Automatically failed" for an arbitrary, subjective, and inaccurate description of the circumstance for which they claim the reason to be. Here's the heartless bit: the "automatic failure" (game over) occurs halfway through but was not mentioned.

She instead continued to waste time, fuel, and confidence in the students doing well for another 25 minutes when we could have been back to the start in 5 minutes. THEN, Roxanne offers a saccharine smile and sweetly offers encouraging hope, " So, how do you think you did?" Answer: "I think I did pretty well" (which he did and had less than 8 points off at the end). Then, she pounces, Well, remember what I said when we were on Garfield? (For an event that didn't happen) That was an automatic failure.

The good thing, though, is you only have to pay $55 for the retest."

On the retake drive, a different examiner ADDED miles to the route to try and get more points and fail the student. All scoring was at the personal preference of an ancient lady who said, "I could nitpick you all day long if I felt like it. RECORD QUOTE! Only when she saw me recording her (I recorded the entire drive) did she stop.

This places only Courtesy is that they are happy to take your money again and again and again. Run away from this organization. Tell anyone considering them for services, "DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!" Shame on me for putting my kid through this debacle.

My daughter had her road test today. She was a little nervous, but our instructor, Karen, was great!! Right from the beginning, she made us feel at ease! She was very friendly and easy to talk to, yet provided instructions and did her job with professionalism. I would recommend Karen to anyone thats taking the road test with Courtesy! Shes AWESOME

I took segment 1 on Zoom from Rockford. It was super easy to use and I never had any issues. The Gimkits are fun and the Google Forms are great because you can get instant feedback. Scheduling the in person drives were super easy too. Mr. Porter kept the class fun and entertaining and Mr. Faulds (the in-car instructor) was great at providing feedback and tips on the road. I would recommend this class to people considering other companies.

So professional. I had Karen for my road test and she did a great job helping me calm down by just talking to me and my mom like it was just a normal ride and I passed due to her making me be calm. Will be recommending her to the rest of my family.

My daughter's test was scheduled for 12:45. All my daughter did was park the car and the rude instructor, who was welcoming for nervous new drivers, gave my daughter no instructions other than park there. The instructor failed my daughter just from parking. She told her you're allowed 12 pts and she started with 7. HOW? We waiting in the parking lot to watch the next road test that was scheduled for 1:00 and yes she failed that young man as well.

This lady failed 2 people in a matter of 25 mins. This place is a scam that is just taking money from people. I will be reporting to BBB as well as contact their corporate office. My daughter retook her road test today with Michigan Driving School and passed with no problem. I highly recommend. Please don't waste your time or money.
