Duke specializes in road test preparation with 22 years of CDL instruction experience. Our full-time CDL-A program takes 4 weeks (160 hours) with 48 hours of driving instruction. Part-time evening/weekend options are available over 10 weeks.

So I'm going to start off by saying that this school is the real deal! They really show everything and teach you everything! Instructors are awesome! Each and everyone of them got their own ways to show and teach but that's the best part about it all. It's good to know a lot than a little. Super proud that I got to be a one and done and I would like to thank them all for the support and ways they make you learn and teach!

Coming to this school was one of my best decisions. All of the staff and instructors are extremely knowledgeable, professional and make your experience here comfortable. When I first attended this school, I was very nervous because I never drove anything larger than my own personal vehicle. The instructors work very well with the students and they have a low student to teacher ratio which helps ensure you get the proper attention during your time in the class. This school changed my life! The staff and instructors are by far the greatest and most inspirational people that you'll encounter! Everyone motivates you to be and do better than your best! When I first applied to attend the school I was scared and nervous because driving anything outside of a 2 axle vehicle can be pretty intimidating. All nerves disappeared the first day. Everyone made me feel so comfortable and valued.

I have gained so much knowledge in the past few weeks and couldn't be more excited to drive the open road. The enrollment process was smooth and easy. I was treated with just as much respect and care as all of the men in my same class. ADTA is the best training school in Delaware. I recently moved to DE from CT, in CT I was in a training school for 1 year and didn't learn anything, came to DE and joined ADTA, got my CDL in 17days. I got scammed by this school. I paid $5900 cash I can't elaborate to much to what had happened. I'm trying to find a attorney if I could give them no stars I would I need. Prior to me attending 4 week course program. They waited until I had two days left to take the test to tell me to go home. My attendance was always on time ect. On top of all that I quit my job to attend this school. Only to waste money on gas driving there everyday Monday through Friday. Plus I have bills to pay. This place may be good for some people but they did me wrong.

Best CDL school around hands down. All the instructors and staff were excellent and very knowledgeable. I felt like they were going to do whatever it took to make sure I had the tools I needed to start a successful driving career. Definitely worth the investment. Amazing school, great instructors signed up for the 4 weeks course started not knowing anything about trucks and by end of the third week I was on the road shifting, pre-tripping and doing maneuvers like a pro. If I had to re do my cdl training would definitely come back to ADTA.

Great experience. Good honest people you will meet. A no judge zone! They use Tremendous technique to teach and keep every student up to speed. Plenty of training time to prepare you for the test. Highly recommend this driving school they are great!
